Communication, reading, writing at NQF Level 1 or equivalent, and your enthusiasm.

Understand gardening principles and fundamentals of gardening. Define Gardner's primary role. Understand how plants/produce grow from seeds or transplants. Distinguish garden mechanical equipment, safety when using it, cleaning, storage and maintenance.
